1. Definitions

• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions as accepted by you.
• "Company", "We", "Us", "Our" — Khao Finance, based at 85 New Petchaburi Road, Bang Kapi, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310, Thailand.
• "Service" — the educational programs and website offered by Khao Finance.
• "User", "Learner", "You" — any person who enquires about, enrolls in, or uses any Khao Finance program or website.
• "Content" — all course materials, written materials, recordings, and communications produced by Khao Finance.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, enrolling in a program, or using our website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in any Khao Finance program.

3. Description of Services

Khao Finance provides financial education programs for adults aged 40 and older in Thailand. Our current programs are:

• Program 1: Understanding Digital Assets with Appropriate Care (6 weeks, 3,390 THB)
• Program 2: Technology, Scams, and Financial Safety for the 40+ Learner (10 weeks, 6,390 THB)
• Program 3: A Considered Integration of Digital Finance in Later Life (14 weeks, 10,790 THB)

Programs are delivered online and are accessible from anywhere in Thailand with internet access. No attendance at a physical location is required.

Khao Finance is an educational provider. Nothing in our programs, website, communications, or mentor conversations constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. We do not recommend any financial products, platforms, or allocations. Any financial decisions you make as a result of your learning are your own responsibility. If you require personalised financial advice, please consult a licensed financial advisor.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when enrolling or enquiring.
• Use program materials for personal educational purposes only.
• Not share, reproduce, or distribute course materials without written permission from Khao Finance.
• Not use our website for any unlawful purpose.
• Engage with mentor conversations (where included) in good faith and within their educational scope.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, written content, and website content are the intellectual property of Khao Finance. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use materials for your personal educational purposes during your enrollment period. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use any Khao Finance content without prior written consent.

7. Payment Terms

• Program fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• Payment details will be provided following your enrollment enquiry.
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of enrollment.
• Access to program materials is provided following confirmation of payment.

8. Refund Policy

• A full refund is available if you request cancellation within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing any course materials.
• A partial refund of 50% is available if cancellation is requested within 14 days of enrollment.
• No refund is available after 14 days from enrollment date or after course materials have been substantially accessed.
• Refund requests should be submitted to [email protected].

9. Mentor Conversations (Program 3 Only)

Program 3 includes two optional one-to-one conversations with a Khao Finance educator. These conversations are educational in nature and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Scheduling is subject to availability and will be arranged by our learner experience team. Missed appointments may be rescheduled once at our discretion.

10. Disclaimers

• Our programs are provided for educational purposes "as is".
• We do not warrant that program completion will result in any specific financial outcome.
• Course materials reflect our understanding of the regulatory landscape at the time of publication and are subject to change.
• We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of program content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Khao Finance's aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the program giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or financial losses of any kind.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our programs if a learner acts in breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be provided. You may cancel your enrollment at any time, subject to the refund terms above.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Khao Finance regarding use of our services.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so.
• Assignment: You may not assign any rights under these Terms without our written consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
